I had an amazing experience at Audi Glenwood Springs. Everyone there is extremely pleasant to deal with and the transaction was flawlessly smooth!
On Saturday of Memorial Day weekend at 4:00 p.m. driving through Glenwood Canyon, my BMW X5 diesel out of nowhere suddenly lit a warning light saying I had incorrect exhaust fluid and engine start would not be possible in 200 miles! This was my 3rd visit to Glenwood Audi service center. Professional friendly service desk with Duane and Natasha , timely, communicative. Even better is the comfortable clean waiting area with bottled water & coffee , and an awesome bike & hiking path along the Colorado River just outside the door. I bought a used car and the whole time I thought the customer experience was rather superb. They were all very friendly, willing to work with me and meet my needs. My favorite team was playing and they were able to get it on while we were waiting. I really love the car I bought from them.
My old car had died on I 70 and the mechanic said I should just buy another car. The first dealer I went to was GWS Audi as they had a car advertised that i was interested in. Richard Gouhin was my dealer, and he made my unplanned car buying experience the best ever! I bought an great car at an amazing price.
