They always treat you like you matter!! Always friendly!! While servicing my car, they offered to give me a ride to where I wanted to go. Since it was gonna be a few hours!! So they dropped me off to Mall and picked me up when I was ready to come back!! Awesome consumer service!! Always feel #1 when I go there. Also I always go home with a clean car!! Which is a plus that I don't have to do!!��

My wife and I owned an Audi TT which was maintained very well and driven by my wife. A few thousand miles after the power train warranty ended the timing belt broke. We were told it would cost over $8,000.00 to fix even though the Audi oweners manual didn't recommend that the belt be replaced for another 27,000 miles. Just a terrible thing to go through with very little help from O'Daniel Audi. We will never own another Audi.
