DO NOT take your car here for service. Do yourself a favor and find another dealer. There's plenty of them. This service department is an absolute joke. Crooks!!
Was in for inspection a few months ago for my Q-7 Diesel and was quoted $850. for the 55K and 65K service Pak. Called today to purchase it and was told its $1099. Another misunderstanding in a series of misunderstandings. Alex explained that he was quoting me for a Gas Engine....as he performed an Inspection on my Diesel Engine and with all of my info. in front of him. He said Audi goes a long way to promote customer loyalty. Unfortunately, not far enough.
Go see Cliff!!! Great experience and would highly recommend, I love my new (to me) Audi!
Recently brought in my car for an emergency service for my tires. No questions, they took me in and getting my car serviced as I type this. Special thanks to Alex who was even kind enough to let me borrow his phone charger! Audi of Devon = 5 Stars for service!
