I brought my 2020 Audi here for inspection for the 2nd time, never again…..they told me there was a nail in my sidewall so it was not repairable and the tire was losing air, the nail was in the tire for years without losing any air, EVER…and the nail was actually in the middle of my tread to which later the excuse was because I have a performance car , they refuse to plug it. Terrific buying experience and I can’t say enough good things about Gary Smith as a salesperson.
I have had two consecutive terrible experiences with the Audi Devon Service Center, specifically with Michael Brock. Each time I went there, he was rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. I went to another Audi dealership in town and they fixed both issues immediately with a smile on their face. When I complained to the manager at Audi Devon, he was even more rude.
