Great customer service experience from Andre and staff.
Unless they are cheating the system somehow, I don't see how this place could be getting the stars they do. As far as I am concerned, the place is a racket, the people working there are aware, and the only reason they can get away with it is due to people's ignorance and the dealership's location on the mainline. Last year I was told my Q4 needed tires, I asked why with the car only having 20k, and they said because the car needed an alignment. I would recommend Devon Audi to anyone. David provided top notch customer service and provided a transparent and upfront transaction. This is how car buying should be.
We drove over an hour to buy a first car for a teenager. Alan, Abe and the rest of the staff were fantastic! What a great car buying experience, I wish more dealerships made it this easy to buy a car! I would drive here again to buy from Audi Devon.
