I had an issue with my Audi on the day before Hurricane Florence. Many places had already closed up and I had driven in from out of town to check on my property but needed a mechanic to check on something before I could get back on the highway. Shane at Audi Cape Fear took my car straight in to be checked by a mechanic. Thankfully there was no problem but I could not have known that without a professional checking on it, and could not have gotten on the highway to get back home without knowing it. Pleasant two hour wait for major service. Complimentary snacks and sodas in immaculate waiting area. Finished my car ahead of schedule.
Always great service. Service had one of their drivers drop us off downtown for lunch when the service was done they called us and picked us up. We live in calabash so it’s a long ride up but the service is worth the drive. I bought a used Q5 while we were there on this trip. Great dealership and Steve Schum was wonderful to deal with.
Service is great! Accommodating location that allows me to work while I wait.
