I had an issue with my Audi on the day before Hurricane Florence. Many places had already closed up and I had driven in from out of town to check on my property but needed a mechanic to check on something before I could get back on the highway. Shane at Audi Cape Fear took my car straight in to be checked by a mechanic. Pleasant two hour wait for major service. Complimentary snacks and sodas in immaculate waiting area. Finished my car ahead of schedule.
Always great service. Service had one of their drivers drop us off downtown for lunch when the service was done they called us and picked us up. We live in calabash so it’s a long ride up but the service is worth the drive. I bought a used Q5 while we were there on this trip. Great dealership and Steve Schum was wonderful to deal with.

Hands down best auto experience when it comes to get car serviced and minor parts replaced, could tell immediately that car drove much better. Also nice complementary wash. Shane and Thomas where very helpful throughout whole process. Rep was also nice enough to look at previous coverage package that I didn't even purchase through them, just to make sure we where going the most effective route. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!
