Worst service department I've ever dealt with. They have a huge problem with blaming others rather than owning up to their mistakes. Love the actual Audi car itself, but 100% hate their service department. Save yourself money and headaches, completely avoid this place.

RecommendedI felt very comfortable with the service department and staff during my last visit. At the end of the service they explained what was done and the present condition of other items (even in good condition) so I wouldn't worry about them. Good job!
