i thought car dealerships like this went away decades ago. High pressure tactics like the you've got to get it now or it will be gone, have to use our financing, need a deposit to be able to show you the car. Maybe it was just the salesman which was Mark Kaye. I'll not ever use this dealership again and would encourage other people to try Audi in Knoxville, TN for a much better experience.
I couldn't be more excited about my new Audi! Jenny Prudomme is amazing! I can't imagine ever buying a car from anyone else. She listens, she cares and she knows her stuff. Tim even made the financial side of things easy and painless. I highly recommend Audi Asheville!
Jordan Patton and Charlie Schieren were incredible to work with, and went above and beyond to find the car I wanted. I never felt pressured to buy, and received notifications on a timely basis when Jordan found something she thought I'd like. I never felt like I was dealing with a car salesman :).....just a good friend!
