We just bought our first Audi from Audi Asheville. When we first picked out our car and made an agreement with the dealership there was a recall on the vehicle which stopped the sale of the vehicle. It took a month for the recall to be released and fixed. I understand this was out of the control of the sales team, but the response to our questions when we would call the salesman we had been working with for updates was subpar.
