Just leased our 3rd Audi. Best car ever. Andrew kirchmeyer number one salesman in our eyes. He was low key and very honest. That’s what u want in a salesman. We’ll b back at the end of the lease.
I love the folks at Audi Asheville. Jenny Prudhome is great. If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned Audi, look Jenny up. She is extremely knowledgeable in the brand and is very tech savvy. I have always been treated fairly at this dealership and we just bought our third Audi this June.
Loved my Q5 but couldn't get the service department to take care of factory defects despite repeated attempts. Very poor service so will be selling it and going back to BMW!
Deal Motor Cars is BEST This place is always has great customer service when you go there. Everyone is so nice you are not bothered you can look around and they will let you look.
Deal Motor Cars is a very poor dealership It is very hard to get a hold of anyone in the service department to get my VW Bug serviced. And there was the time where my water pump had to be fixed 3 times before they got it right. Don't go here if you can avoid.
...and was able to get back on road to shop for mechanical service. The service tech walked me through a bad sensor that shut down the transmission. With his help via cell phone, he was able to help me get the car started and back into drive to make it to the service shop to replace the faulty part. While there, they found a recall item and fixed that as well. The process took only about a half hour and I could not believe the price--about \$20!
