We had a great experience selling a car to Auction Direct. They gave us a significant amount more than the other dealership we'd checked in with first. Our sales guy, Jahiem, couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. He made the whole process quick & painless. I'd highly recommend asking for him if you're looking to buy or sell a car.

Came in after shopping and comparing vehicles on line. At first, wasn't really sure what to expect until my sales person informed me on how they do business. After meeting the manager and seeing the vehicle I came in on, I must say...I was impressed. After doing additional homework, I actually bought my second vehicle for my family.

I went to Auction Direct because my husband recently purchased a car. He raved about the customer service from David Ngeve, Sales Consultant and the overall experience. My husband called David and told him we were coming to look at some cars. When we arrived we told the receptionist we had an appointment with David. I was in an accident a few weeks back and totaled my car and had a week to find the perfect replacement. The dealer sale man was the best. I do plan to do more business with them in the future. They are great. There a few things I needed done to the car an the are working on the issues. As well gave me a rental car until the work was done. Great people to purchase a car with.

I spent about a year and a half researching the car I wanted. I test drove so many SUVs and was very close to buying a car at CarMax. I decided on a whim to take a look at Auction Direct in Raleigh, and see what they had to offer. The Sales Rep Keith was very friendly and helpful.
