My Wife found the perfect second car on your site. Called and was informed car was available on Wednesday. Thursday my Wife went to see the car. She was able to take a test drive and decided this was the car for her. Friday we went back and saw our salesperson ( who was very efficient), and completed the sale. We sold our van to them, they processed all paperwork, and off we drove..very pleased .Good service in the process and it was a fair $ deal ( both selling & buying).

I really appreciate all of the help i received at AuctionDirect. I saw a car I wanted on the website and was eager to trade my car in. I spoke with Jahiem Boyd "JB" who helped me in more ways than one! I traded in my Hyundai and drove off in my BMW 3 series. The process was not lengthy at all. Quite smooth actually. While I didn't buy the car I wanted from them (and haven't yet), my experience here was one of the best I've ever had. I'm kinda the worst case customer. I refuse to give my personal information, and have some pretty high requirements. Edna had no problem working with me however and that's great. There was no typical salespeople here, definitely no pressure. Everyone was nice and helpful

The entire experience was absolutely amazing . Everyone was welcoming , and made me feel like family ! Went in not expecting to purchase a car and drove off the lot with a wonderful deal! I had a great experience with Auction Direct USA. I shopped online then called a salesmen to check the availability, he was very quick to respond which I really appreciated. When I got there I felt comfortable immediately and not pressured at all. Everything was a lot more enjoyable than I ever imagined it would be.

Shane was our salesman and he made the experience very pleasant. He showed me the cars I wanted to look at and didn't try to change my mind or pressure me into something else (which I can't say about any OTHER dealership where I looked!) It was a very straight forward process where all the information was disclosed from the beginning. So the car was the make/model I was looking for, in the price range I was looking for and there was NO pushy, slimy salesperson full of BS? No wonder I bought my car here! I would definitely reccommend this place and will purchase from there again!

They helped me purchase what I wanted, not what they wanted. This made a big difference to me because it showed that they really care about what the customer wants.
