So glad I found this shop and got to know Paul personally. Everything he does is so cool and so fun. Cheri and I are kind of geeky love the sci-fi stuff we have purchased from Paul. She gets compliments ALL the time. The jewelry is well made - even the backs and insides are perfectly polished. Our first purchase was online and it was very assuring that Paul answered all our questions and updated us on the progress as the piece was made. Considering how busy Paul is that meant a lot.

I just recently heard about him through Facebook when someone shared the USS Enterprise ring!! It looks absolutely amazing. I have subsequently talked about Paul Michael Design incessantly to any who will listen. I look forward to working with him in the near future...to commission my own jewelry!!

Go online or in-person and check what they have for a selection. Run your KBB numbers if using a trade-in. The vehicle you get is of high quality and they know how to service their customers. Walking in you are asked to register, so you may get the impression of being chum, but the sales force shows absolutely no pressure or old school tactics. We did our homework and research before going, which I highly recommend. Having that many cars we did not expect a representative to be highly knowledgeable with all makes and models. With that being said, we had 3 cars picked out prior to making an appointment. The representative had the cars ready upon arrival. My Son's and I visited Auction Direct a few weeks ago. They both needed a car for college. We had visited a few dealerships and Car Max. I just wanted to say that the whole experience was absolutely second to none. Keith was are sales rep, he was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I have plenty of experience buying used vehicles through out my life and I was impressed with Auction Direct. When I walked in, I was a little surprised to be greeted and registered then introduced to a sales person. After the sales person explained to me Auction Directs Mission Statement and how they do business, they actual walked the talk. The salesperson and sales manager worked with me directly with out that running back and forth with the decision maker behind closed doors. My wife an I love our Mazda CX9

I bought my car from Auction Direct and it was a great experience. Jahiem Boyd was awesome to work with and even with all of my issues he was able to get me approved and out the door in my new car. I would send anyone to buy a car from Auction Direct and when you do go ask to speak with JB!
