First time using the AU Medical Clinic after having a scooter accident. I'd like to express my deep thanks and gratitude for Pattie, Skyler, my nurse, who was so skilled and gentle with me, the student interns and the funny, sweet radiologist! I'm sorry I can't remember everyone's names. I was a little forgetful. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You all are awesome and in my book , Angels here on earth.
My husband came into the med clinic last week with pain in his knee and a low grade fever. The person he saw at the med clinic told him he had a strained ligament in the knee, gave him some pain meds and low grade antibiotics and told him to "walk it off." Three days later he was in the hospital with a staph infection in his leg. We are both vowing never to go to the med clinic again. I wouldn't trust them if all I needed was a band-aid.
The med clinic staff is so friendly and fast. I've never waited more than 25 minutes to see my doctor. I would recommend them to anyone!
