This place is a joke. They took my last dollar today. I’ll go ANYWHERE but here from now on. Absolutely a disgrace.
I visited the Med Clinic several times during this past semester due to severe symptoms. They kept brushing it off and saying that it was just my allergies. When I would come back because the meds didn't work, they gave me more allergy medicine. They never ran a CBC, checked my throat/ears/nose, or anything besides listen to me list my symptoms. I found out today from a walk-in clinic (that actually ran a CBC and several tests) that I have had mono for a couple of months and have a severely enlarged spleen. So that's pretty ... read more
My daughter walked in and was seen in a timely manner. The staff were extremely helpful in making her comfortable, and the doctor was great with a fantastic bedside manner. I feel that our students are in good hands on campus!
Maybe during flu season extra doctors could be staffed to see the "well" patients. I'm am infuriated by the lack of communication and lack of cleanliness at this facility. How do you not have enough doctors? You're servicing one of the largest populations in Auburn, main campus!!!!!
