I have been to the clinic twice and both times were negative experiences. The clinicians and nurses are great, but the staff members at check out were rude and demanded payment for a service that my insurance would cover if they would file it. I am very disappointed in the way I was spoken down to and questioned about my own knowledge. I would definitely say it is not worth going there unless absolutely necessary.

We met with Dr Kimberly Owens and Lisa Harmon (nurse) today. Both staff members are professional, personable and knowledgeable. They took time to listen and understand. My husband and I are truly blessed to have found this team!
