RecommendedER yesterday with only short wait, and staff at all levels polite, professional and responsive. Don't recommend trips to an ER in general, but if you need one Auburn does a great job!
as I sit here in the er in room fasttrack #3 waiting for my child come back from xrays. there was a person in fasttrack #4, and not even 5 minutes after they left not even clean it put a whole new person in there telling they clean every room after people leave. what a joke.
Came in sick was admitted. 12 hours later still laying in er room in a bed due to no beds being open in entire place (find hard to believe) no ones been in to see me in almost 3 1/2 hours! been asking for headache meds for almost 2 hours! This place is a joke!!
In and out of the ER in under a hour with a spider logged in my ear great job nurse was awesome

Excellent team if nurses and doctors who take care of community like they care for their families.
On 8-11-19 I took my 5 year old to the ER for a dog bite on her leg. The NP Greg was the one taking care of her. He was out f breathe talking and then asked if she could stand up up in the bed so he can look. When I told him no she can’t stand on it he asked her to lay down and BARLEY could bend enough to even look at it. (Which he looked for 2 seconds) then when I asked how to take of it the bites while at home I was told to only keep it covered for a day. That’s it. Nothing specific. 3rd Memorial had an 18 year old probable cardiac patient. They milked for the insurance benefits, for 3 days, refusing to transfer her to Syracuse. IF they answered questions they were to the level of speaking to someone else in healthcare, not a frightened family. The cardiologist was rude the very few times she showed up in the room. Finally, after threats of retaining an attorney....they transferred her today to St.Joes and within an hour she was having a Cath done and clot cleared. Well done ACH - not.
not at all .. cuz of actions of others u dont get properly treated docs wont go further if they cant find it . let's jus say that i been going up there sick pain for months . told them its not my digestive system its my ovaries due to pain neglected me been going on the sickness back up to er well lets me say that saw my gyn and i was right had to have surgery ovaries removed . pain and suffering that hospital does absolutely nurses are rude as hell they come in once doc comes in once then ur left for dead they dont care abo... read more
