The staff has no personality, they our rude!!!! I would not send anyone here for anything
RecommendedToday. I came in by ambulance. because of chest pain. The ER DR. Was amazing..& so was my Rn Heather..but that one whom prepared MÈ..what a rough biach she was. other then that.and 4 1/2 hrs.letter. I AM GOOD👍🏽 DR.KOENIG Was AMAZING..he Gets 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They don’t change the patients bedding nor do they wash them up my father was there Friday to Monday and they did nothing no washing up nor changing the bedding very discussed with that place
I know the ER gets busy but sitting in a room for over 2 hours when they tell you the nurse will be right in with paperwork is ridiculous.
They know what they are doing, and they do it very well. They can be compassionate and caring.
Have a descent staff that have some compassion and empathy. Been in the room for 2 hrs and they have not done a physical or bloodwork. My husband is a type 1 insulin diabetic. He can't eat per their rules. Is very uncomfortable, no pain relief. Please create a comforting staff and some Empathy...
