My parent home burned yesterday, my brother went to ER for smoke inhalation. The nurses then decided it would be cute to sing "The roof is on fire" my dad had a heart attack this morning after all the stress... the nurses left my mom standing there and when she asked what to do, they then told her they didnt understand why she was still there. The attitude is disgusting, the nurses are gross and severely misguided in this place. How dare you preach that nurses are heroes when your nurses are garbage.

Horrible hospital. Everyone has a BAD attitude. Their collection efforts border on harassment and threats. Go to syracuse, not this hospital.
Some piss poor customer service over the phone they have. Great Nurses and ER techs ‼️👋🏽
the care here is sub standard. the first bad expewe had with one of my kids was when i had to make them do an x-ray for my son who they claimed was fine. turned out it was pneumonia. My daughter got hurt riding her bike and all they did was a physical exam and claimed it was just a contusion. Sent her on her way. she cannot sit without being in pain, cannot lay on either side. and breathing in too hard hurts. this hospital is not a place to go if you need help
I had a great experience for my last surgery. Made me feel right at home.
