This place is pretty awesome. The buildings and grounds are well taken care of, and maintenance issues are fixed pretty quickly. My apartment is pretty outdated, but I'm too cheap/poor to pay for one of the renovated apartments. Pets are allowed, and there is no size limit which is great. The location is perfect as it's right next to the freeway, a bunch of restaurants, and Great Lakes Crossing. I've lived here for 6 years and plan to renew my lease. Unless I win the lottery, then I'm off to the tropics, baby!
We have lived here for 2 years and it has been a great experience. Other places we've lived seemed to only care about money, but the management here truly listens to your concerns and changes things. Maintenance also responds really quickly. There is so much to do and the facilities are all well kept. Location is great too!
I have lived at Auburn Gate for 2 years and it has been great! Management is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always quick to respond. The amenities are really nice. There is a sand volleyball court, tennis court, pool, clubhouse, fitness center, vegetable/herb garden, and a small lake with a deck. All are well maintained. No issues with noise or loud neighbors.
Rent is too high. Bad snow removal. However I do like the apartment and location.
Best place to live. Nice management. Quick response for repairs/maintenance.
