For several months I have been applying to the office in order to resolve the issue with noisy neighbors, but I receive empty promises. From 11 pm to 8 am every night is terrible. And in the office it is ignored

RecommendedI lived there for 2 1/2 years and it was a fantastic experience! I would highly recommend this community. The maintenance staff is thorough and friendly. Any minor issue I had was fixed quickly.

I recommend this place because of their maintenance team. They were very quick. Mr. Karl stopped by my apartment with a gentle knock on the door at the time the state of Michigan is fighting CoVid-19. Karl was very professional wearing virus protection equipment for his safety and mine. He then asked few "protocol" questions before he entered my apartment and started his job. I was grateful that Karl is working during this time. I was grateful that there was a protocol to follow safety. Thank you Karl.
I would never recommend a place that rents out a bug infested and mold infested apartment to people, tried to get the problems resolved with little to no effort. they offered to move us to a new apartment and give us a 600 dollar comp for the troubles and moving cost, well later they later took back what they promised told us we couldn't move because the flea infestation was not fixed (even though there matinence left us a signed letter telling us the problem was fixed and no more bugs were In our apartment though that was a... read more
Poorly maintained. The dog park is a joke, the pool and hot tub turn green after 1 month of use. They don’t keep them treated. They allow multiple guests who throw parties in the pool area. The outdoor overlook took two years to complete. Just in time for winter.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We like living here. Everything you need is close by like shopping center. I love the spacious walk in closet and fireplace. Like the floor plan and amenities. Apt buildings near I-75 comes with noises. Just wish that more trees will help between I-75 and apt units.
Still waiting for Summer 2018 to have a nice deck in the lake...
