The food is pretty good but the service depends on the day and employee you encounter. They have a good bonus system.
Great option for food if you're visiting someone at Vanderbilt Hospital or a student on campus. There is a large selection of pre made food, an extensive salad bar, and sandwich station. My sandwich was great, however, a bit on the expensive side.
