Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was in awe at the level of service I received.
