My husband Bought a phone Thursday. Couldn't use it because it's a demo phone. Took it back to at least get a refund and buy a different phone. Was gave two options, both including being out 45 dollars for something that was not our fault. No phone and out 45 dollars for nothing and a waste of time. We will not be back!!
Switched from Sprint to Att at this store thru their buy back program. What a sham it was. Still waiting for my 600$ Visa card from att since this past March. They sent me letter telling me my phone didn't qualify - really you guys sold it to me. Then said they needed final bill from sprint a month ago. Excuses after excuses. I was told before I left this Att store everything was taken care of that I would receive Visa card in mail within 8 weeks. I'm so sorry I left sprint to go with att.
Worst experience trying to get a phone I ever had in my life! Never walked out of the store with the phone and they charged me SalesTax and a restocking fee and still don't have a phone! Who do you call to report the manager and the staff?
I went in to get a new contract phone yesterday and I was in and out in no time at all the sales professional was vary knowledgeable and courteous and professional I will definitely recommend this store to a friend or anyone. Looking for a new contract phone that is affordable and I am a Att customer for life Rev. Jason Williams M.R
