I was lied to at this location. Please look at your computer printouts before you sign anything. Scam at its best. Will be reviewing other carriers now... dishonesty should be a crime. Companies can steal and call it a misunderstanding. An individual would and could be prosecuted. Called At&t no resolution. They are not the only company out there. I recommend you understand the family plans and upgrades or adding additional lines are not what they say. Even when you ask the rep 3 times. Liars is all I have to say.
