When you tell them no for insurance they dont seam to know what NO means and i have just noticed that back in July with an up grade they added insurance when i know for a fact i said NO i have had an AT&T account for almost 12years an never once have i purchased insurance. So for them to add this just to get commission off of it is wrong . Just a heads up watch your BILL. Had an excellent experience at this store last night. Natasha and Kelly are AMAZING customer service reps! Was running into problems transferring my stuff from my old phone to the new one and they never got impatient or rude and kept conversation going the entire time! Keep up the good work ladies!!!!
I would not tell or use any Att product ever, they have the worst customer service on the planet, don't see how they stay in business. They came out well over a year ago and buried a new phone line because the uverse they installed did not, could not, and still sucks today for being able to use the Internet. As they buried the new phone line, they cut my sewer line in half and have spent 100's of hours on the phone, being kicked around the country being part of the blame game on who should come out and fix it. I have had AT&T service for several years. I went to renew my contract and they told me if I wanted the new iPhone 6 it would raise my bill from $88.00 a month to $130.00. Plus I would loose 1g of data. No thank you!! Went to Sprint instead. $50.00 a month unlimited talk, text, and data.
I am an AT&T customer with the SAME cell number since 1998! :) I live at Grand Lake, OK and have bought all my iPhones from this store in Joplin. I have always received excellent help, and sometimes a staff member has gone above and beyond to help me! Hopefully I will be able to get an iPhone 6 Plus 128 GB as soon as they come out. 5 Stars from me! :)
