They fain pleasantries and keep customers waiting over an hour. Hire more help or move more efficiently. This is unacceptable for a tech company.
Cell Customer for 15 years, switched companies for better deal and service and they tacked on literally every fee they could. Including early termination fee of $95 for leaving 1 day prior to end of contract. Lovely way to treat customers no wonder everyone is leaving
Krysten needs a lesson in manners and respect. Rudeness and arrogance has no place in customer service. Stay away from At&t on 17th and Range Line.

So I had a lost phone on my plan......My husband came into the rangeline, Joplin store! At this time my husband was informed by Brittney that his ONLY two options were to pay the phone off and upgrade or pay the phone off and place an insurance claim!!!!! So my husband opted for the cheaper of his ONLY two options. He got home and told me what happened! I said why the hell do I pay insurance in the first place if I have to pay the phone off anyway! So I take this phone back and am charged a thirty five dollar restocking fee!... read more
