went in 2 weeks ago to the joplin store to see about swapping to AT&T, but we typically have poor service where we live. Kenneth was extremely helpful, he made phone calls and got us all set up and provided us with an option if our service didn't work at home. we went in today to go ahead and swap over our 3rd line onto our plan. Went into the store a week ago to get a phone added to my plan. The guy quoted me and said I would save over $100 a month even with the new line if I switch plans. Not true. I got a new a bill and my bill went up over $200. I called customer service and they said the new plan is going to cost me an additional $200 a month.

they had me sit in my car for 45 min and when I saw them dealing with people that came long after me I got concerned and went in. OH GEEE WE'RE SORRY, WE FORGOT ABOUT YOU!!!! Kept looking over at that US Cellular store across the street. hmmmm
Used to be a decent store staffed by competent people that could provide quality service in a timely manner. Now it is not. Only interested in selling you something other than what you need, poor product knowledge, inattentive to customer’s concerns, condescending attitudes. Order your phone online or go to a competitor. This place doesn’t deserve your money.

My husband and I went into the store last Saturday February 22 it was around 530. They were very busy so we had to wait. We weren’t greeted as we came in the store but soon after someone came over and got my name. We had to wait quite a while. When we finally sat down with a rep he really didn’t seem to care if he sold us anything or not. This is the first bad experience I’ve ever had at this store. Awful experience. Worst 14 days. We switched from US cellular. Went through the whole process. Purchased new phones and was told by Chris, it would be $220 a month for 4 lines with the veterans discount. First bill came in at $497.52 without the discount. I understand activation fees and such but this is ridiculous. We went in to get something figured out and was told that the $220 wasn’t possible. Cheapest they can go is $380 a month.
