A friend and I were at the Harbor today, and when I got out of the car I didn't notice my phone dropped in the parking lot. Once I realized it several hours later, we searched high and low but ended up at the AT&T store. A really nice rep helped us track my phone and we watched as it finally stopped at a house in Fate. The rep was super helpful and nice and gave me advice and options about what to do. We ended up at the Fate police headquarters where the officer went with us to the house and recovered my phone. Get a one star from me. What sense does it make to make a customer wait when picking up something they already ordered and paid for? 4 people in front of me who are looking for a phone but I have to wait? Oh and the hostess standing there doing nothing rolled her eyes at me when I complained.
I just spoke with Rhonda Ortiz out of Texas and her supervisor Brian. Ronda was very professional polite and kind. She did an excellent job she was very informative she said me things on my phone that I didn't know I could do she walked me to the steps of resetting my att account app because it wasn't working. She did a great job and you should monitor her phone call and you should also give her promotion. Awful customer service. I moved to Verizon because your customer service was so awful.
Horrible customer service-I'd have more luck with the automated systems they offer which are also terrible, but at least they TRY to understand what the hell they're doing.
AT&T would definitely get 5 stars if they provide service for Royse City. We are an established neighborhood and the neighbors and I need U-verse out here. We've made many requests but have been unsuccessful. Pleaseeeeeeeee see what you can do. Thank you so much.
