Absolutely horrible customer service! Sold me and my husband the WRONG cases for our brand new phones so when the phone shattered in the case same day we got everything, they told us we needed to pay $250 to replace the phone and there was nothing they could do!
What a joke this place is. We bought new phones and were told we would get a 750$ credit on the second phone. Now on our bill they are giving us a 25$ a month credit instead of what we were told liars and thieves go to version or anywhere before you come here. You have lost a 25 year client because your ignorance.
Do NOT work with the manager Yvonne for your phone needs. she sold us on bundling everything, phone, internet, direct tv to "save us a lot of money". I've been billed over $600 this month alone! Went in and spoke to brandy who explained it all and is trying to fix the screw up the manager did. But we're stuck with a contract now and paying $125/mo more than we were before we went in there!!
very slow service. been here 15 minutes and no hello, no i will he with you in a minute. or anything.. will never be back to this store
Never ever ever shop at this store!! If you need a new phone just call Corporate. During the 10yrs as a customer corporate has always been great to us. This is the second time I go into the Rockwall location just to get a new phone and this is the second time I have to call corporate to fix my plan THAT THEY SCREWED UP!! I told the girl in the beginning. I do not want to mess with my plan, I’m just here to get a new phone. Again, if you need a new device please call AT&T and DO NOT go into the store.
