We came here to see why we lost All cell service at our home in Hunt county. The team member has only limited access to view or check on any issues in the area. There is no number to call, no management to talk to for assistance. All you get is one person to the next says call 611. A lot of good that does, they cannot file a report or help you either. Mark the spot would be great if you had cell service or internet. Even if you send a note it goes into cyber space and no one will ever address the problem or issue. AT&T is a ... read more

The sales associate was friendly but the guy working the door needed to go home, not very personable. All I needed was a new modem for our home internet but still had to wait like I was buying s phone. I would not have gone at all but corporate stores are the only ones who stock modems & I didn’t want to wait for one to be mailed. Bottom line if you can get what you need at an “authorized AT&T retailer” go there instead of this place

Always a frustrating experience in this store. I love the coverage I have with AT&T, but they need to step it up with customer service. I went in for a simple exchange of a headset that didn't work. I still had to be put on a waiting list and wait while there were sales people standing around. I told the manager, who was polite but not helpful really, that they need someone at the counter who can help take care of people who need something other than phone service. So frustrating! Have been trying to get an employee discount applied for several months. Apparently, it can only be applied at an AT&T corporate store. Second attempt failed. I have all of the necessary information, I'd really like someone to take the time to fix this issue. In the mean time, don't count on anyone at the store to understand or give a darn about your situation. It seemed I was wasting their time and they were just ready to close shop. Or maybe they were just having a bad day...everyday.

We had some recent issues with our service being hacked and my phone disabled. Matt and Haley ,(sorry. I don't know your last names),along with the fraud department, worl long and patiently until all issues were resolved. Thank you so much for your help!

Tried to transfer to AT&T on Thursday. Customer service rep took over an hour and half to get me set up, and they didn't even have the phones. 4 days later, today, Monday when I got the phones in the mail, I couldn't activate them because he had done something wrong, so I was told I had to go back to the store. The worst part is I had come back Friday because there were phone lines missing from my service agreement. So now I'm sitting here waiting for the 3rd time and ready to throw in the towel. Only stop in if you feel like being ignored. If you have better things to do I suggest you try Google for your problems first it will be a much better help.

I have normally had nothing but superior service from this store. Today was absolutely horrible. I went in with the anticipation of possibly getting a new phone and got absolutely no help from the employee. He did agree with everything I said about having poor service on my phone and that everybody is complaining that comes in. None of my issues were addressed. I was out of there in three minutes!
