paid $260 and counting for a free tablet... been charging me for 3 months for insurance on lines i cancelled and doubled billed me for insurance on remaining active plan. horrible horrible customer service. shady sheister mofos...

Is the worse wifi service and customer service i could had ever received. 2 months of wifi and this is the 4th time is not working, you have to wait for the technician to come stacked all day in your house, they don't come prepared to fix it. I don't recommend it AT ALL.

I've been without internet for the past 3 days and the reason why is because of them. I called to open a telephone line but instead I end up without internet? I called every day in hopes of reconnecting it again but no, I only get "we apologize for the inconvenience" but that doesn't change anything. Im still without internet and the only response I get every time I call is : "wait 24hrs". This is the worst, im changing soon!

This is a complaint for the way my 96 year-old mother was treated by Birch Communications and AT & T. My mother is moving on Wednesday, 11/25/15. I notified Birch of the move and requested them to transfer the phone on 11/25/15. Birch called AT & T to have the phone number relocated on 11/25/15. The AT & T technician happened to be at the new complex so he went ahead and moved the phone on 11/19/15! And the Birch rep agreed! This was a week before we wanted it moved since she will sign the lease on 11/23/15 and move on 11/25... read more

Manager is playing games. If they promise anything make sure you get it in writing. I've been waiting 3 months and going back and forth to resolve. I'm in the store and the manager is making me wait until he finishes his lunch to take care of me.... I'VE BEEN WAITING 3 MONTHS ALREADY! Is this customer service?
