Whatever you do, do not use this company ! ! I am a 19 year long loyal customer ( was loyal) with AT&T. Its been awhile since I have gotten new phones ( have 3 lines) so I decided to call and speak to AT&T about what they would offer me to upgrade my service and sign a new contract. I spoke to agent Casey and he said he could offer me something that most agents could not as he is a seasoned agent with AT&T.
