I am upset about my the transactions that i have had with this location , i really use this experience as a learning process as this one bad occasion has led me not to want to deal with a third party store or an affiliate of the store. The fact is they have no phone ettiquette when i place calls to get assistance i am aruptly interrupted and my concerns go ignored. Very detailed – I have been coming to your company for years now. Always very detailed about service, promos, & usage to suit family needs. That's all great but what keeps me coming back is that I know I can trust them, they're not just trying to make a buck. They really care.

Great customer service – You guys are the best of the best. Very nice with great customer service. As a result, anytime I have a phone issue, I always come here!
