I have not received good service first of all i am unable to speak to the representative that answers the phone as i am always being abruptly disconnected during talk time. The phones are of lesser value and very expensive. They are very quick to offer a free item however the original problem is never fixed

I am upset about my the transactions that i have had with this location , i really use this experience as a learning process as this one bad occasion has led me not to want to deal with a third party store or an affiliate of the store. The fact is they have no phone ettiquette when i place calls to get assistance i am aruptly interrupted and my concerns go ignored. I am very please with the service, they are prompt and stand behind there services. i also purchased three phones to give as gifts. i have no regrets. i just bought my fourth iPhone 6 plus. i love my phone. i would definitely recommend this place for you cell phone needs.
