Not one to leave a bad review, but Thomas has horrendous customer service. He was less than helpful and acted annoyed to have anyone in the store. He was completely rude and short to me and the customer in front of me. With an attitude like that you shouldn’t be in customer service. Do better.

I continue to have great service from this Verizon location. Cruz was helpful and informative when working on upgrading my devices / plan. All my questions were answered. I would highly recommend.
0 stars. I went in with a tech issue and i believe Thomas helped me. He told me that there would be a $40 charge for tech support. I called Verizon they said they don’t charge for tech support. They will sell you phones but won’t work on them for you. Don’t waste your time and money at this store. I’d give negative stars if possible. The one by Taco Bell is definitely better. Thanks for trying to rip me off. Hopefully not too many people have fallen for this scam.
