Despite the fact that I was a bit irritated when I came in to the store, Thomas turned my experience around and made the sale a very pleasant experience. He has excellent customer service skills.

Not one to leave a bad review, but Thomas has horrendous customer service. He was less than helpful and acted annoyed to have anyone in the store. He was completely rude and short to me and the customer in front of me. With an attitude like that you shouldn’t be in customer service. Do better.
Agent was very knowledgeable and patient with a difficult process.
