I continue to have great service from this Verizon location. Cruz was helpful and informative when working on upgrading my devices / plan. All my questions were answered. I would highly recommend.

0 stars. I went in with a tech issue and i believe Thomas helped me. He told me that there would be a $40 charge for tech support. I called Verizon they said they don’t charge for tech support. They will sell you phones but won’t work on them for you. Don’t waste your time and money at this store. I’d give negative stars if possible. The one by Taco Bell is definitely better. Thanks for trying to rip me off. Hopefully not too many people have fallen for this scam.

Terrible customer service, sales rep Thomas acted like it was a bother to help someone, kept getting frustrated that his system had updated and made his job harder, then after I drove an hour and a half here they tell me they can’t offer what I was told on the phone.
