Despite the fact that I was a bit irritated when I came in to the store, Thomas turned my experience around and made the sale a very pleasant experience. He has excellent customer service skills.

My family has been loyal Verizon customers for generations. Like longer than I’ve even been alive. Today my grandma went into this store for help with her iPhone. Instead of offering real assistance, the employee insisted she needed a brand-new phone and claimed nothing else could be done. Thankfully, my mom had her go to the other Verizon location in town. Not one to leave a bad review, but Thomas has horrendous customer service. He was less than helpful and acted annoyed to have anyone in the store. He was completely rude and short to me and the customer in front of me. With an attitude like that you shouldn’t be in customer service. Do better.
