We went to store and got great customer service
Friendly staff, excellent work, and fast turn around time. I would recommend this business to one and all. Cracked the back of my cell phone when I dropped it on concrete. They had the replacement part on-hand and finished the work in 3 hours. You betcha I will return when I have a cell phone issue.
I am giving this shop a five out of five star rating for quality and fast repair. You are definitely one of the bests when it comes to the services you are offering.
The salesman on my return told me he owns 3 women .....I would give no stars.. There was only one decent sprint phone, I said it was the only one I liked. The man said if it didn't work he stood behind it ...well it didn't work. Sprint can't connect because of modifications. Iowa came back to a different sales guy who would only give me a chipped up galaxy in exchange for the $150 one I had bought. I have spent 3 days off going to 3sprints and here to techs are us 4times... Still unresolved. The salesman does not like a woma... read more
This is the worst place ever. They are here to rip u off not help u. Very very rude. Shady goings on. I do not recommend this place at all
