so many issues with customer service I am speechless ..been trying for a week to set up an engineer with builder service
I’ve always had good customer service experiences with the staff. However, any time I have to go I expect the wait to be at least an hour and a half. That part is extremely frustrating.

My mom recently purchased a phone at this location which she had difficulty using, so exchanged it for an upgraded phone within two weeks. We were led to believe that she would be refunded for the first phone if it was returned or exchanged within two weeks, but now the store is refusing to refund the first phone.
Wanted to upgrade my iPhone 7. Wasn't familiar with the latest versions so I wanted some information. The salesgirl Tania M was terrible. No phones were displayed she said because of COVID. She said everything's the same on the phones except the camera was better but couldn't tell me why. I asked what the difference was between the 11 & 12, she said the same thing... nothing but the camera. So I took the 11. Taylor the sales guy refused to help me since I bought my phone online. He literally said if you were my customer I would help you. He told me that I needed to call customer service (even though they sent me to the store) because he wasn’t ATT. His manager overheard him and offered to try to help me. She was very nice and helpful. I do typically buy from this store but they were out of the 12 pro. But after Taylor acted this way I will never purchase anything from that location again.

The Olive branch location has the worst customer service . I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

went in 2 weeks ago to the joplin store to see about swapping to AT&T, but we typically have poor service where we live. Kenneth was extremely helpful, he made phone calls and got us all set up and provided us with an option if our service didn't work at home. we went in today to go ahead and swap over our 3rd line onto our plan. Kenneth was busy so we got another associate. she was very unwilling to help. wanted to charge a deposit + tax. she refused to make a phone call to drop deposit. she stated that they called and help... read more
