RecommendedI’ve always had good customer service experiences with the staff. However, any time I have to go I expect the wait to be at least an hour and a half. That part is extremely frustrating.

The Gulfport Store is SO RUDE. We went in to get help with unlocking our phones, and there were no customers in the store. They ignored us for well over 20 minutes. Not worth my time. They charged me for 2 separate phone plans when it was supposed to be one phone plan with 2 people on it, and my bill was over 400 dollars. Terrible rates, and the promotions are a straight scam.
false promotions tactics used at this location to sale phone or could just be the company as a whole. Will make you wait over 3 hours in store.
Overall had a great experience. I went in with my mother to change her from prepaid to contract because she wanted to upgrade her phone. My only complaint is their pushy-ness. They tried to sell us internet and cable way too hard. I understand they were doing their job and have to promote other services they offer but when your customer is clearly not interested and kindly stated they aren’t interested... please back off. Slow slow slow they don’t know what customer service is. Was next in line and lady walks out and sits with another guy and is just talking with his customers, what she can’t wait on the he next person, man here goes two or more hours.

Customer service is rude. Your story was supposed to open at 9am, but sign said staff meeting until 9:30am. The store didn't open until 9:42am & that's only after a customer had knocked on their door again. Xxylon opened the door and actually told us not to have to have an attitude. Unfortunately he was the one who "helped" me. He kept pushing for me to upgrade and buy new cell today instead of using my insurance. I was the one who figured out what was wrong with my phone and not him
Bad customer service.Always a long wait inside store or by phone.When you speak on phone they transfer you to several people without problem being solved.Due to me being tired of being on phone for a hour or so I never get anything accomplished so I just hang up.My bill is always fluctuating to different prices that it shouldn’t be.They always lie they say your bill will be one way and when you get it it’s another!I regret switching to this company!
