I just signed up with direct tv and calling att abiut my dsl bill going up every month. Remind you, I have been an att dsl customer for 7 years. So the lady on the phone, I have her customer rep I'd number with notes, and she offered me a bundle package if I would change to direct tv from dish network. I was told my bill would be one price for 1 year and another price for the second year. Go figure I got my first bill in last week and it's 40 bucks higher. Been without Internet for over 14hours and getting the old "let me transfer you" five times. Last one is "we are closed" worst company ever!!!! Negative stars if I could!!
Mandy made getting a new phone a great experience. Just wish my senile father was on his better behavior, and showing his...... donkey !!!!!
Sat here for an hour and a half after calling all day with no answer, and still no help. I wouldn't even give it one star.
