Service isn’t so bad but the customer service and wait times are ridiculous always only 2 reps in the front and 10 in the back you never see makes no sense to have a business full of waiting people with reps locked in the back on their butts
Waited for ever, was lied to about not having to pay anything after asking several times if I owed anything. Woke up next day no service, even though when we left our phones worked ! Went back to the store waited for 35 minutes was treated like garbage, was told it was my fault that the lady was new ! Never got a apology, had to pay 109.00 to make the service work ! I would give it a zero if possible. The TV volume on the demo was deafening! When we asked the manager,Matt Cook, if he could turn it down we got instant attitude. His response was, no just move to a different table. He was yelling at us, disrespectful to a 76 yr old vet at our table and completely unprofessional, especially for a manager. Waited 45 mins and the service guy could not activate my phone or transfer my old information. I did it myself this morning in 20 minutes so not impressed.
The experience was awful . Customer service was AWFUL. Had to wait over an hour!
We went in to change over our cell service. The wait was a little bit much so we made a reservation for the next day. Showing up 10 minutes before our Appointment we found ourselves still waiting. However, our salesperson was wonderful. She took her time and answered all our questions.
A year ago a buried cable providing service to homes on north side of our street was damaged during drain work causing no service to my house and quality decrease on other users. A temporary "string" line was run above ground by AT&T techs to give me service...has been cut twice since as exposed...and original buried cable remains unrepaired despite numerous phone callsand texts as well as a "plant" tech looking at it 3 months ago. Poor support on cable repairs!
Only idiots work here! How many times do you have to be placed on hold and transferred just to pay a damn bill!!!????
