Doctors are good but billing is horrendous! They charge on random items without notices and refuse to resolve the wrong charges with very bad attitudes. The most rediculous one is that I got charged with an annual physical with extra items out of scope of my insurance coverage - I mean, really? Extra charges on an annual physical? Please stay clear of this clinic until they get a change of billing system.
My Dr.Nadereh Nasserhelali of Atrius Health in Medford Ma is a lovely caring Doctor! She takes her time to explain to me all about my medications I have to take! So lucky to have such a competent and wonderful Dr. “Thank you for all the support and encouragement you have giving me all these years Dr. “N” ! Polly G
