Very sad to say I’m super disappointed and disgusted with this practice. Myself and children have been patients with them for the past 12 years or so. My debit card was switched because of fraud and I never updated the payment thinking that it would auto switch over like it normally does with most vendors. They were calling me and it must’ve came up as spam because I didn’t answer it. I got no emails even though they told me they sent emails. Any other time for a test result or alert, I get emailed. Hannah Lejeune is an exceptionally attentive, well versed and caring Nurse Practitioner. She's thoughtful, cooperative, and involved. I highly recommend her for your primary care needs. She has 10/10 bedside manner, shes again very thorough to all my needs, Ive been suffering with certain problems for many years and she took care of it ASAP, she will takes care of you and does not beat around the bushes as many others do!
