RecommendedLove my apartment it’s nice sized love most my neighbors and the dog park. It’s close to everything as well. The only thing I don’t like is my neighbors below me smoke like 10 packs of cigarettes a day that there smoke comes through the ceiling and I can smell smoke in our house some areas worst then others. I have had to buy air purifiers to keep our air clean and it’s a little better but that’s not really the property’s fault that this happens. RecommendedI’ve lived here for two years and I love it. The staff is attentive and very helpful and understanding. The maintenance team does an amazing job as well. The rent isn’t an obscene amount although we are in a well coveted area of the city, either. I plan to stay here until I purchase a home and that’s saying a lot because since I’ve been here for 8 years, I tend to move yearly due to poor management and crazy rent increases. Quail valley offers some peace of mind.
