gorgeous place! very very clean and beautiful....the help is awesome and the food is good...cannot be beat!
Care of patient is not good. At night my dad was told why are you calling for help, I am one person have right to break. At 11.00 am second day, my dad was wet thru brief, sitting up in chair. His bed was wet. Sometime he was changed and cleaned up for the day. The food service is not good. Sometimes they don't have what's on menu, it take almost an hour when you eat in dining room to get food.
This rehab has issues in nursing care and they know it. I would like to get a corporate number and talk to them about not a friendly staff not all a few bad apples
Short staffed and overworked aides and nurses. My loved one has sat more than once overnight and all day in a soiled diaper. Ring the bell no one comes. There are some good nurses and aides but the bad ones are horrifying! Reminds me of the shining!
What a gorgeous place it is like walking into a palace u would never know it is a rehabilitation facility....!!!!!!!
