This facility is horrible! Don't let the new building fool you...Patient has to wait until their ready to answer the call bell...patient needs assistance going to the bathroom and they have to wait...this place is understaffed. if you have a family member there, visit them everyday...you have to.

The staff here are so pleasant to the patients. Everyone seems to actually enjoy helping these patients! I remarked this to a few of the staff and they were so appreciative. Glad I could make them smile!

This place is just horrible. Please don't send your loved ones here. I am so upset with this whole place and I would not even send someone who I don't like there. I couldn't be that cruel...

My father-in-law was a patient at the Atrium last year! He received the best care anyone could ask for! The doctors and nurses were great and did everything to keep him comfortable during his final days! I can't say enough about how great the nurses were they were compassionate, caring to not only the patient but also the family! I must say this is a great facility to have a loved one go to!

You can NEVER get anyone on the phone when there is a problem with your loved ones. One day your told they have an infection the next day they don't know what your talking about. They forget to make follow up appts for patients with their specialist. This leaves the patient behind in getting what they need. The director NEVER returns a call, social worker changes her story and never follows through with anything. Going to report them to the state and maybe be calling a lawyer! Just because they have beautiful chandeliers, ca... read more

My grandmother had $140 stolen out of her wallet while she was sleeping, during her stay. Some of the staff members were wonderful and others were horrendous. The investigation of her stolen money was a crock. In the same amount of time she was here 3 other cases of money being stolen from patients were reported. Nothing was done to refund those patients either. I would not recommend sending any loved one here. The patient care is mostly poor and my grandmother did not feel safe, understandably so. She fought her own pain to... read more
