hello my name is Simone Grant, and I also would recommend it to family friends and even strangers. this is my second time being a resident at Atrium Post Acute Care. from the time I walked inside the doors I felt like I was at a hotel.t then I look to the right and I saw at the gym I was a little afraid but yet I was impressed the first time I was greeted Emily, one of the nurses who work there feel comfortable,. how was settled in giving a welcome packet and the next day I b...Continue Reading

I cannot begin to explain how horrible this place is. The aides will argue with you if you ask for your family member to be changed. That is if you actually can find an aide at all because they hide. There are also a multiude of rude staff members who will not help with any issue because it would require them to actually move.

I would like to thank a few people, Emily is very professional always smiling. She will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Christine CNA will do anything for her patience, she is gifted in her profession. Where to start? This by FAR the WORST PLACE EVER. The staff is HORRIBLE. Not only 11p-7a shift, but all. In the mornings, they just come in the room, put the breakfast tray down where you cannot reach it. You ring the call bell, they see it and ignore it. Yes they ignore it, because you can hear them talking right outside your room yelling, laughing, and joking. Depending on what nurse you get (like Carol and Luciana) in the morning, you never get your meds on time. When lunc...Continue Reading

Very bad post acute care facility. The nurses and aides are horrible especially overnight staff. They would rather sedate your loved one instead of having to deal with them. They dont follow the treatment plans set up for the patient and they take 20-30 minutes to answer the call button. I could be there 8 hours a day and never see anyone help my love one. Never, Never put anyone you know or love in this place. The results will be terminal.

I have been at the Atrium for two months. The things I love about being here ,is being outside ,the Activity Staff who are wonderful, I enjoy playing Bingo , Word Games and the Karoke, The Nursing Staff is very professional. I love having lunch and dinner in the Bistro. The therapy department makes sure that you achieve all your goals, so that you can go home. I would recommend that you come to the Atrium, I enjoyed my stay here.
