RecommendedAtrium is a beautiful place with caring staff. My husband is here for wound healing and physical therapy. Everyone has been wonderful to not only him but my family. Nurse Anne on 3-11 shift is AWESOME along with nurse Donna on 7-3 shift. We appreciate all the care and kindness.
They need to be closed down. They do not take care of patients. While in there I had to 911 myself out to get medical care that I needed. I only returned from the hospital to there because my belongings were there. When I returned I found that MANY of my personal items had been stolen.
CLOSE IT DOWN. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL
The place is beautiful however they are so understaffed they can not even get medications to patients in a timely manner. In need of nurses that actually care for their patients. The administration should be ashamed of the poor care given.
worst place ever!!!!!!!! treat people like animals nursing staff is horrible and lazy I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone
RecommendedMost of the employees are very caring and loving and take good care of your parents. Rooms are huge. Their physical and occupational therapists are extraordinary. You are allowed to stay overnight with your loved one if you want. The food is OK. they are however always short shifted and run out of basic supplies like paper towels all the time. Bed linens are apparently the most valuable thing in the place as they are kept locked up.
My husband is a transplant patient who was in the hospital for 4 months, then came here. Our first experience with this place, hopefully our last. It’s a beautiful place-but they could have toned it down a little and kept money for staff. It’s usually understaffed when I’m here. Today, Sunday, he had no fresh water brought in all day. I went to the Bistro (what a joke)to get ice for him. No afternoon meds brought in yet. It’s 5:30 and he’s eating dinner. RecommendedI entered into the Atrium last Saturday night. I was not in a good place, not knowing who I was due to over medication after a bad fall. They have worked out a medication plan and therapy plan to get me into surgery. Everyone has been very kind to me here!!!! I hope this continues as I plan to come back and rehab after my shoulder surgery next week!
