I'm a Hilton Honors member and this is possibly the WORST Hilton experience I've ever had. I can assure you that my current stay at your Homewood Suites property in Greensboro North Carolina has been anything but a great guest experience, and here is why: 1. We are here for a soccer tournament and your laundy facilty has been broken since the day we arrived. I WAS told that I could just bring my laundry to the property next door. Isnt this something. Stayed at the embassy suites in charleston and my father in law slipped in the frozen un taken care of parking lot and hit his hip and head. I told mgt and they seemed to blow it off. I then called and left msg for atrium and havent heard back. I guess mgt is to busy to busy to worry about injuries on thier property.
Great Job by Skye Pluchino -She is a Great asset to the company-highly positive, quick, sharp and most capable girl/lady...She went out of the way to help me check-in even though i have been with Marriott for Gold lifetime...so you can see ...how long with them...but i am so touched by her gestures, to check me , use the APP, download, fix lot of things and get the best room....
