I literally just spent a hour on the phone to pay my bill. First the automatic answering service hung up on me then the line sent me to the rock hill office twice then I spent about a half hour after that waiting for someone to tell me that they cannot take my payment over the phone at this time. Although dealing with the same frustration last time I needed to make a payment they were able to take my payment over the phone. So there went a hr of my life I won't get back.
