Shiland used to be a wonderful practice but it's going down hill very quick. I was there yesterday to get back on some medication (was off due to insurance). Dr. basically called me a liar because of the meds my psychiatrist had me on, and suggested I check myself in to the mental hospital. He then basically said he couldn't help me. I was infuriated and I have super high blood pressure and couldn't believe they let me leave their office like that. Shiland Family Medicine is a joke none of the doctors are helpful Especially Since Dr Truesdale left Dr Perey is a joke and shouldn't even have a medical license.
Awesome doctors and staff! I love the extended hours and how easy it is to get an appointment.
I love this place! Dr. Perey and staff are phenomenal! He takes the time to explain what I'm experiencing and offer causes with possible solutions. Every other doc may do this, but he does it with a personality! I have zero complaints and recommend to everyone!
Great place with good people, but what the he'll is up with the phones today? You guys cost me 12 hours at work with your non-working phone system. Thanks so much for the unpaid day off! /snark
